Busse Woods Running Club meets almost every day of the week for group runs. Run at a pace and distance that will help you stay in shape or reach your goals!

MARATHON Training

BWRC is pleased to offer our first ever marathon training program. Our program is designed to help runners achieve their goals in preparation for the fall marathon season. Whether it is Chicago, the Twin Cities, or Indianapolis, let BWRC help you PR.

RUN TMC

Choose your pace- run, jog, or walk for 30 minutes. Research shows that as little as 30 minutes of exercise per day can boost our general health and well-being. Join us for two free weekly 30 minute group sessions.
